Who We Are: GoVyrl, Inc. and the other GoVyrl, Inc. corporate affiliates whose websites link to these Terms and Policies (“Carro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provide a cutting-edge platform consisting of websites, connection points and other infrastructure and associated services that we provide through those websites, points and infrastructure (collectively, the “Service” or “Services”) that connect retailers, marketplaces, suppliers and third party platforms and services.

Agreeing to these Terms and Policies: If you are an employee or independent contractor of a company, you agree that by setting up an account with or otherwise using or accessing the Service you agree, including on behalf of that company (you acting as their agent), and that company agrees, to these Terms and Policies, and you represent and warrant that you have the authority to cause that company to be so bound. When we use the word “you” in these Terms and Policies, (a) the word “you” means you as the individual person who has engaged in the activity that has caused these Terms and Policies to bind their employer or principal only with respect to their role (and authority) in causing that employer or principal to be bound, and (b) the word “you” otherwise means the company that is the employer or principal that the individual person has so bound by acting on their behalf.

Definition of Terms and Policies: These Terms and Policies consist of this document and the following documents, all of which (including this document) can be modified as further described below:

The above documents may state that other documents are part of either those documents, or are part of the Terms and Policies, and if they do (in either case) then those other documents will constitute part of the Terms and Policies too.

Modifying these Terms and Policies: These Terms and Policies (including, but not limited to, all of the above documents) will be considered to be amended upon Carro replacing them with new or modified Terms and Policies, and you continuing to use or access the Service after that posting of those new or modified terms, at which point you will be deemed to have agreed to those amended Terms and Policies. As these Terms and Policies consist of multiple documents, different documents may be changed (and thus modified) at different times. Frequently, a date will be posted at the top of a document which will indicate the last time that that document has been changed. If you do not agree to be bound by the Terms and Policies, you must not access or use the Service. We encourage you to review the various Terms and Policies frequently to see if changes have been made.
